The person behind Unite.
Twenty years of enterprise Product Design led to one question.
What if organisational knowledge could become an active part of the design process?
For more than twenty years I’ve helped organisations design products in some of the world’s most complex environments—from Capital Markets and Investment & Corporate Banking to enterprise platforms, analytics and digital transformation. Along the way I’ve built and scaled global design teams, defined product and UX strategy, and helped organisations modernise how they design and deliver software.
My experience spans Investment & Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, Enterprise Analytics and Regulatory Technology, covering domains including: FX, Fixed Income, Equities, Rates, Commodities, Research and Client Intelligence. Working across these environments taught me something consistent: while every industry has unique expertise, the way we solve complex problems is remarkably similar.
Throughout my career I kept seeing the same challenge. Every organisation already possesses an enormous amount of knowledge—research, strategy, business expertise and years of product decisions—but much of that intelligence remains locked away in documents, presentations and disconnected systems. Product teams repeatedly spend time rediscovering what the organisation already knows.
That observation became the starting point for Unite.
Rather than exploring AI as another design tool, I wanted to understand whether enterprise knowledge itself could become an active part of the product design process. Unite is my exploration of Design Intelligence—a methodology for transforming organisational knowledge into reusable design intelligence, allowing AI to accelerate product thinking while keeping strategy, domain expertise and human judgement at the centre.
Building prototypes across Capital Markets and elite sport reinforced something I strongly believe: great product design isn’t about knowing a single industry—it’s about having a methodology that can quickly understand any domain, transform knowledge into insight and help teams make better decisions.
Today I’m looking for my next Product Design leadership opportunity, where I can help organisations combine strategic thinking, deep domain expertise and AI to build better products. If Unite resonates with the way you’re thinking about the future of product design, I’d love to start a conversation.
